SUGGESTION.
We make a SWAT unit instead of all of the LSPD goes out. It leaves the city for crimes, alot. Also, we could have a building mapped in for cadets to train for the LSPD.

I was playing around with mapping and decided to make a PD training center at the NG base. Here is a image of it.


It has a shooting range, a training course, boats on the side for use of training or even boat patrols, and 6 building that don't have interiors (Don't know how to make one. Maybe someone can teach me?). Interiors can be classrooms, a random interior for SWAT training, briefing rooms, or even a armory. The interiors are most your decision. It also have a boat for SWAT to helicopter in and clear the boat and I can also add some targets if you want me too.
